The European Commission has cleared the acquisition of sole control of Seidor Solutions S.
L. and Seidor Logistics S.L. of Spain by The Carlyle Group of the US.
The transaction mainly concerns the market for the provision of IT services and solutions, notably IT hardware and software in Spain.
The Commission concluded that the notified transaction would not give rise to competition concerns, given the limited combined market position of the companies resulting from the proposed transaction.
