Sanofi: Annual EPS up 4% at CER

(CercleFinance.com) - Sanofi reports business EPS of E7.
12 for 2024, down 1.8% on a reported basis but up 4.1% at CER (constant exchange rates), thus exceeding its forecasts, with Sanofi proposing an annual dividend of E3.92 per share.

At E41.1bn, the healthcare giant's sales rose by 11.3% at CER, with its Dupixent exceeding E13bn and its Beyfortus having achieved blockbuster status (E1.7bn) in its first full year on the market.

By 2025, Sanofi expects sales growth in the mid-to-high single-digits at CER, and confirms that it expects EPS from growing businesses in the low double-digits at CER (excluding share buybacks).

The group also plans to carry out a share buyback program worth E5bn this year. The shares will be purchased preferably through block trades and on the open market, with the aim of cancelling them.
