BPCE: plans JV with Eurogroup Consulting
(CercleFinance.com) - Groupe BPCE and Eurogroup Consulting announce plans to create BPCE Partenaire Conseil, an equally-owned joint venture that will support BPCE customers in their development, adaptation and transformation challenges.
This joint venture is a response to the desire of the banking group's companies, as part of the VISION 2030 strategic project, to provide their customers with local strategy and transformation consulting services.
Aimed more specifically at SMEs, ETIs and institutional clients, BPCE Partenaire Conseil's offering will be distributed by the Banques Populaires, the Caisses d'Epargne and the group's other establishments. Ultimately, it will rely on more than a hundred consultants.
This project is subject to the applicable social procedures and the approval of the French Competition Authority. The planned structure is set to be created in Q1 2025.
