Sartorius Stedim: dividend and appointments proposed at AGM
(CercleFinance.com) - Sartorius Stedim Biotech reports that its Board of Directors has decided to propose a dividend of E0.
69 per share for FY 2024 to the AGM of Shareholders on 25 March.
If this proposal were approved, the total profit distributed by the group of products and services to the pharmaceutical industry would amount to E67.1m. This dividend, the same as for the previous year, would be paid from 4 April.
In addition, on the recommendation of the Compensation and Appointments Committee, the Board of Directors has decided to propose Cécile Dussart and Christopher Nowers to the AGM as new candidates for the Board.
