Icade: 14% drop in annual NCCF
(CercleFinance.com) - Icade has published NCCF (net current cash flow) down 13.
9% to E3.98 per share for 2024, above its guidance of between E3.78 and E3.93 per share, supported by the resilience of the real estate company and optimised liability management.
The real estate group's revenues fall by 5% to E1.45bn: while the real estate division made a positive contribution to growth, sales in the development division declined, particularly in the tertiary segment, while sales in residential development remained stable.
At the AGM on 13 May, the Board of Directors will propose a cash dividend of E4.31 per share for 2024. Payment will be made in two instalments: an interim dividend of E2.16 in early March, followed by the balance of E2.15 in early July.
In an environment that remains volatile and fraught with political and economic uncertainties, we remain cautious about the level of activity, and expect group NCCF in 2025 to be between E3.40 and E3.60 per share, it says.
