Tikehau: EU authorises acquisition of FTAPI Software
(CercleFinance.com) - Under EU Merger Regulations the European Commission has approved the acquisition of joint control of FTAPI Software by Armira Group, both based in Germany, and Tikehau Capital, based in France.
The transaction mainly concerns the enterprise application software sector, including secure data exchange and file transfer services.
The Commission concluded that the proposed concentration would not raise competition concerns, given FTAPI's limited activities in the European Economic Area and the limited market positions of the companies concerned resulting from the proposed transaction.
The notified transaction was examined under the simplified merger control procedure.
