Ipsos: subsidiary to evaluate public policies
(CercleFinance.com) - Ipsos announced on Monday the creation of a new service line dedicated to public policy evaluation, to be headed by Florian Richard-Dap, a former consultant with PwC and Roland Berger.
With this new offering, the survey institute says it wants to propose an innovative approach, combining methodological rigor and data exploitation, while drawing on its ability to grasp public opinion, business expectations and political issues.
The aim is to support ministries, public establishments and local authorities in the analysis, evaluation and valorisation of their actions.
This culture of evaluation is already very present in the Ipsos Group, particularly in the UK, where it is practiced on a large scale, but less so in France", explains Brice Teinturier, Deputy Managing Director of Ipsos in France.
Aged 43, Florian Richard-Dap has 20 years' experience as a consultant to the public sector, and is considered a recognized expert in the field of public policy and its evaluation.
