Klépierre: Standard & Poor's upgrades rating
(CercleFinance.com) - Klépierre announces that Standard & Poor's (S&P) has upgraded its credit rating to "A-" (stable outlook).
The rating agency said that this rating reflects the quality of the asset portfolio, with strong cash flow generation capabilities, a prudent financial policy and a high degree of flexibility, which have enabled it to exceed the projections included in S&P's base scenario.
Fitch has already confirmed its "A-" rating with a stable outlook on Klépierre's senior unsecured debt.
Stéphane Tortajada, Chief Financial Officer and member of Klépierre's Management Board, said that after better-than-expected 2024 results, marked by the start of a value appreciation cycle, this credit rating confirms that we have entered a new chapter of growth.
