X-Fab: reduction in annual targets
(CercleFinance.com) - On the occasion of its half-yearly publication, X-Fab Foundries has reduced the upper limit of its EBITDA margin guidance for 2024, lowering the target range to 25-28% from the previous 25-29%.
The silicon wafer manufacturer has also revised its full-year sales guidance from $900-970 million to $860-880 million, 'mainly reflecting the overall delay in the recovery of the SiC power device market'.
For the second quarter, the Belgian group claims an EBITDA margin of 23.3% (22.7% excluding IFRS 15 impact, compared with the target range of 20-23%), and sales down 9% to 205.1 million (for a target range of 200-210 million).
