Vantiva: new Managing Director appointed

(CercleFinance.com) - Vantiva announces the appointment of Tim O'Loughlin as Chief Executive Officer, and his co-option as a director.
He succeeds Lars Ihlen, who has held the position of interim CEO since August 15.

Tim O'Loughlin spent 18 years in senior management positions at two companies recently acquired by Vantiva, ARRIS and Pace. Since January 2, he has been Vantiva's Executive Director, Commercial Operations, Americas.

Tim O'Loughlin will operate from Vantiva's offices in Paris and Norcross (Georgia), USA. Lars Ihlen will continue as Group CFO.
