Mercialys: 4% organic growth in rents for nine months
(CercleFinance.com) - At the end of September, Mercialys posted invoiced rents of €134.
7 million, up 4% organically, while growth on a like-for-like basis stood at 1.9%, mainly due to the disposal of four hypermarkets in July.
Organic growth is the result of positive indexation (+4.2 points over nine months), a positive contribution from Commerce Ephémère (+0.1 point) and an increase in variable rents (+0.4 point), which offset the impact of actions taken on the portfolio (-0.8 point).
These performances to the end of September enable Mercialys to confirm its objectives for 2024, namely growth in recurring net income (RNI) per share of at least 2% and a dividend of between 75 and 95% of RNI 2024.
