Nexity: sale of Nexity Property Management finalized

(CercleFinance.com) - Crédit Agricole Immobilier announces that it has finalized the acquisition of Nexity Property Management, a Nexity subsidiary specializing in the management of commercial, residential and retail assets, a transaction announced last July.


It thus becomes the leading institutional property management player in France in terms of sales, and strengthens its range of expertise in this activity: consultancy, technical and accounting rental management, works supervision and shopping center management....
