DBV Technologies: towards a change in ADS ratio

(CercleFinance.com) - DBV Technologies has announced its intention to change the ratio of its American Depositary Shares (ADSs) to its ordinary shares, each with a par value of 10 euro cents per share, and traded on Euronext segment B.


This ratio will be reduced from the current one ADS for one ordinary share to one ADS for five ordinary shares, a change which is due to take effect on November 29, and will therefore have the effect of dividing the number of ADSs by five for ADS holders.

This change is designed to enable the biopharmaceutical company to once again comply with the Nasdaq requirement of a floor price for its ADSs in excess of one dollar. It will have no impact on ordinary shares.
