Spie: creation of the SPIE BTAT division

(CercleFinance.com) - SPIE Germany Switzerland Austria announces that its SPIE OSMO and SPIE Dürr entities have merged to form SPIE Building Technology Automation & Traffic (SPIE BTAT), a division that has been operational since October 1, 2024.


With 440 employees at four sites in Germany, this new entity offers intelligent solutions in building technology, automation and traffic management.

It supports its customers' energy transition by integrating advanced technologies aimed at reducing energy consumption and CO2 emissions.

Jörn Ettenhofer, head of the Building Technology & Automation business unit and member of the SPIE Germany Switzerland Austria management board, comments: "This new business unit represents a key step in our growth strategy.
