Enel: the CEO increases his stake in the company

(CercleFinance.com) - Enel announces that Flavio Cattaneo, Global CEO of Enel and Vice President of Spanish subsidiary Endesa, yesterday completed a new purchase of 200,000 Enel shares through a company he wholly controls, at a weighted average price of 6.
6578 euros per share.

With this new transaction, Flavio Cattaneo brings his total portfolio to 2,900,000 Enel shares, in addition to the 400,000 Endesa shares he already holds.

The total value of Enel and Endesa shares held by Flavio Cattaneo, all acquired directly or via a company he wholly controls, without recourse to options or share awards, now stands at around 28 million euros.
