Covivio Hotels: merger with AccorInvest finalized

(CercleFinance.com) - Covivio Hotels has announced the completion of the process of consolidating the ownership of hotel properties and goodwill held jointly with AccorInvest, for a total exchange value of almost 800 million euros.


At the end of this operation, initiated at the end of 2023, the property company will hold full ownership of 43 hotels in France, Belgium and Germany, and will sell 16 hotels in the same regions to AccorInvest.

This transaction will enable Covivio to 'strengthen its hotel presence in areas with strong tourist appeal and significant potential for value creation through repositioning and management optimization'.
