Stef: acquires TDL Fresh Logistics

(CercleFinance.com) - Following approval from the Belgian Competition Authority, Stef group announces that it has acquired TDL Fresh Logistics, specialised in the transport and logistics of fresh and frozen food products in Belgium.


This acquisition enables the group to pursue its ongoing commitment to improving its service offering for Belgian and international agri-food supply chain players (manufacturers and distributors).

TDL Fresh Logistics employs 400 people and has three sites and a fleet of 350 vehicles, while Stef in Belgium employs 750 people and has seven sites and 400 vehicles.
