Catana: towards a transfer to Euronext Growth Paris
(CercleFinance.com) - Catana Group announces that its Board of Directors has decided to submit to the AGM of February 27 a proposal to delist its shares from the Euronext Paris regulated market, with a concomitant admission to trading on Euronext Growth Paris.
The pleasure boat manufacturer meets the eligibility criteria for the transfer procedure, i.e. a market capitalization of less than one billion euros, and a minimum public floatation of 2.5 million euros.
This transfer would enable the company to be listed on a more appropriate market, simplify its operations by reducing regulatory constraints and listing costs, while continuing to benefit from the advantages of the financial markets.
