Fnac Darty: EU approves acquisition of Enieuro

(CercleFinance.com) - Under EU Merger Regulations, the European Commission has approved the acquisition of sole control of Unieuro, by Fnac Darty.


The transaction mainly concerns the retail distribution of cultural, leisure, technical and household electrical goods.

The Commission concluded that the proposed concentration would not raise competition concerns, given the limited positions of the companies concerned on the various markets where they are active.
