Valneva: Polar Capital drops below 5% stake

(CercleFinance.com) - Polar Capital, acting on behalf of funds under its management, declared to the AMF that on November 28 it had fallen below the threshold of 5% of Valneva's capital, following an off-market sale of shares.


The declarant stated that it held, on behalf of the said funds, 8,002,817 Valneva shares representing the same number of voting rights, i.e. 4.92% of the capital and 4.49% of the voting rights of this vaccines company.
