Spie: acquisition of Corporate Software in Switzerland

(CercleFinance.com) - Spie has announced the signing of an agreement to acquire 100% of Corporate Software, a Swiss company founded in 2011 that 'has established itself as a benchmark IT services and consulting provider'.


Active in IT and business solutions, with a particular focus on digitalization and cloud services, it generated sales of almost four million euros in the financial year ending June 2024 and employs 21 people.

The multi-technical services group specifies that the company's founders will remain in place to develop the business. Spie expects to finalize the transaction in the first quarter of 2025, subject to the usual conditions precedent.
