URW: the COO function split in two

(CercleFinance.com) - Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield (URW) announces that, as part of its regional structure focused on its key markets, the role of chief operating officer (COO), currently held by the CEO, will be split between the Europe and US regions.


From 1 May 2025, Vincent Rouget will assume the role of COO Europe, in addition to those of member of the management board and chief strategy & investment officer, while Jean-Marie Tritant will continue to directly supervise the US region.

In addition, URW's Supervisory Board renewed the mandates of Jean-Marie Tritant as Chairman of the Management Board and Chief Executive Officer, and Fabrice Mouchel as Member of the Management Board and Chief Financial Officer.
