Derichebourg: net income of 76.7 ME for the year

6 billion euros, virtually unchanged on the previous year (-0.4%).

In the Recycling division, sales were down -0.7%, while in the Utilities division they were up +5.1%.

Recurring EBITDA for the year came to 330.0 ME (142.0 ME in the first half and 187.8 ME in the second half), down -1.4% on the previous year. Recurring EBITDA was 288.6 ME in the Recycling business (8.5% of sales) and 39.7 ME in the Utilities business (20.6% of sales).

Recurring operating income came to 173.5 ME, down 6.1% on the previous year. Operating income came to ME 176.0, down 28.1% on the comparable period of the previous year.

The Group's pre-tax income came to ME 132.5, down ME 81 or (37.9)% on the previous year. Net income for the consolidated group totaled 76.7 ME.

The Group aims to achieve a current EBITDA increase of at least 350 ME for the 2024-2025 financial year under equivalent economic conditions, while limiting its investments to an amount not exceeding 175 ME.
