Derichebourg: annual earnings reach E76.7m

6bn, virtually unchanged from the previous year (-0.4%).

In the Recycling division, sales were down by 0.7%, while in the Utilities division they were up by 5.1%.

Recurring EBITDA for the year came to E330m (E142m in H1 and E187.8m in H2), down -1.4% on the previous year. Recurring EBITDA was E288.6m in the Recycling division (8.5% of sales) and E39.7m in the Utilities division (20.6% of sales).

Operating income (recurring) came to E173.5m, down 6.1% on the previous year. Operating income totaled E176m, down 28.1% y-o-y.

Group pre-tax income came to E132.5m, down E81m or (37.9%) on the previous year. Consolidated net income came to E76.7m.

The group aims to increase recurring EBITDA by at least E350m in 2024-2025 under equivalent economic conditions, while limiting capital expenditure to no more than E175m.
