BNP Paribas: Amundi falls below 5%.
(CercleFinance.com) - Amundi, acting on behalf of the funds it manages, has declared to the AMF that on December 4 it crossed below the threshold of 5% of the capital and voting rights of BNP Paribas, following a sale of shares on the market.
The asset management company, 70%-owned by Crédit Agricole, stated that it held 55,951,643 BNP Paribas shares representing the same number of voting rights, or 4.95% of the banking group's capital and voting rights.
