Arkema: BlackRock drops below 5% stake

(CercleFinance.com) - BlackRock, acting on behalf of clients and funds under its management, has declared to the AMF that on December 6 it crossed below the threshold of 5% of Arkema's capital and held 4.
66% of the capital and 3.76% of the voting rights of the chemicals group.

The American asset management giant explained that this threshold crossing was the result of a sale of Arkema shares on the market and a reduction in the number of shares held as collateral.
