Euroapi: new governance set up

(CercleFinance.com) - Euroapi announces the resignations of Director and Chairman of the Board Viviane Monges and Managing Director Ludwig de Mot, and their replacement by Emmanuel Blin and David Seignolle respectively, with immediate effect.


Emmanuel Blin has been a member of the Board of Directors since May 2022, having previously been a member of Bristol Myers Squibb's Executive Committee. David Seignolle joined Euroapi's Executive Committee in October 2023, having previously worked for TEVA Pharmaceuticals.

Elizabeth Bastoni is stepping down from her position as Lead Independent Director, but will continue to chair the Appointments and Compensation Committee. Based on the most recent figures, Euroapi is maintaining its outlook for 2024.
