Infotel: Moneta AM exceeds 5% stake

(CercleFinance.com) - Moneta Asset Management, acting on behalf of funds under its management, reported to the AMF that it had exceeded the 5% threshold in Infotel's capital on December 6, following the acquisition of shares on the market.


The management company stated that it held 353,890 Infotel shares representing the same number of voting rights on behalf of the funds, i.e. 5.10% of the capital and 3.54% of the voting rights of this IT services group.
