Atos: settlement-delivery of capital increase

(CercleFinance.com) - Atos announces the completion of the settlement and delivery of its capital increase with preferential subscription rights of more than 233 million euros, as well as the admission of the new shares to trading on the Euronext regulated market in Paris.


The operation was subscribed for a final total amount of more than 233.3 million euros (including issue premium), representing an issue of 63.062,910,207 new shares at a unit subscription price of 0.0037 euro.

As indicated on December 2, the new shares subscribed by creditors, following the exercise of the guarantee commitments, represent around 70.6% of the total number of shares, corresponding to substantial dilution of existing shareholders.
