Argan: debt reduction targets set for end-2025

(CercleFinance.com) - As part of its deleveraging policy, Argan is targeting an EPRA LTV ratio (excluding transfer duties) of less than 40% by the end of 2025 (compared with 50% at the end of 2023), and a net debt to EBITDA ratio of around eight times (compared with 11 times at the end of 2023).

Having begun to reduce its debt this year, the logistics property company expects to achieve its objectives by the end of 2024, namely an EPRA LTV ratio (excluding transfer duties) of 44% and a net debt to EBITDA ratio of 9.5 times.

Argan claims to have its debt under control, with a controlled cost of 2.25% at the end of 2024 and expected to be 2.10% by the end of 2025, as well as a structure 'that limits risks, with debt essentially contracted at fixed or hedged variable rates'.
