Bic: completes acquisition of Tangle Teezer

Bic has acquired 100% of Tangle Teezer for a total consideration of approximately 200 million euros.

Tangle Teezer is a pioneering, fast-growing and profitable hair care company based in London, UK.

In 2007, Tangle Teezer developed and launched the world's first expertly-designed detangling hair brush. The Group offers a unique, patented range of brushes, enabling consumers to detangle their hair while protecting it.

Its experienced management team has developed a world-renowned brand, firmly established in Europe and North America, making Tangle Teezer the market leader in the UK and a promising player in the USA', says the Group.

With estimated sales of over 70 million euros in 2024, Tangle Teezer has doubled in size over the last 4 years.
