Fnac Darty: 96.7% of Unieuro's capital held

(CercleFinance.com) - Fnac Darty announces that, according to the preliminary results of the compliance procedure for the purchase obligation, 3.
04% of Unieuro's share capital has been tendered to the offer, which, together with the 93.32% already held and treasury shares, represents 96.7% of the share capital.

The distributor of cultural goods, consumer electronics and household appliances adds that the conditions required to implement the joint procedure have been met, and that the new payment date for the purchase obligation will be December 18.
