Bic: looking for its future CEO

(CercleFinance.com) - Bic has announced that its Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer, Gonzalve Bich, have launched a transition process aimed at appointing a new Chief Executive Officer by 30 September 2025, when Gonzalve Bich's term of office expires.


Gonzalve Bich will continue in this role until his departure, ensuring a gradual transition before becoming Senior Advisor.

Bic's Board of Directors has set up a Succession Committee of which Gonzalve Bich will be a member.

Bic recalls that during his term of office, Gonzalve Bich - who represents the third generation of the Bich family to hold the position of CEO - increased the group's sales to over E2bn with a 10% innovation rate, while simplifying the group's industrial footprint and making sustainable development a strategic and operational priority.
