Chargeurs: new syndicated financing
(CercleFinance.com) - Chargeurs has announced the signature of a new €75 million syndicated financing facility with three of the Group's banking partners, namely BNP Paribas, Crédit Agricole CIB and Groupe BPCE (Caisse d'Epargne Ile-de-France, Banque Palatine).
The Group specifies that this 'Sustainability-Linked' financing has a maturity of five to six years and flexible documentation, in line with its value creation trajectory, which will be presented in the 2025-2030 strategic plan.
"This new bank financing expresses the long-term confidence of the Group's banking partners and their willingness to support Chargeurs in the transformation of its businesses, aimed at increasing the value of all its assets", it continues.
