OPmobility: private placement of 300 ME

(CercleFinance.com) - OPmobility has completed a private placement in Schuldschein format for a total amount of 300 million euros.


The proceeds of this issue will be used for general financing needs and will contribute to extending the average maturity of the Group's debt.

This covenant-free private placement, with an average maturity of 4.7 years, offers an average financing rate of 4.17%.

The amount of the transaction has been increased to 300 million euros, compared with the 200 million euros initially planned, demonstrating the interest and confidence of investors in OPmobility's financial profile and strategy.
