Equasens: acquires Calimed

(CercleFinance.com) - Equasens announces that it has acquired a 90% majority stake in Calimed SAS, a pure player in the field of 100% Cloud-based Practice Management Software (PMS), which operates under the Calimed Santé brand.


Founded in 2007, the company has developed two SaaS solutions: Calimed software, dedicated to independent surgeons, and the easy-care solution (LGC certified by Ségur and Ordonnance Numérique), launched at the end of 2022 for general practitioners and specialists.

For several years now, Calimed has been recording strong growth in its business, driven by the continuous acquisition of new customers and its excellent retention rates (nearly 4,000 active users on both solutions to date), Equasens points out.

The financial details of this transaction remain confidential. Calimed's management and teams will remain in place, to pursue their missions with the reinforced support of the Equasens group.
