DLSI: gift-sharing of nearly 65% of the share capital
(CercleFinance.com) - DLSI has announced that Anna Doudot has transferred to her son Thierry Doudot all the 1,648,750 shares she held directly and via Ray International in DLSI, representing 64.
87% of the capital and 74.62% of the voting rights of the temporary employment company.
This transfer of shares as part of a gift-sharing arrangement resulted in the crossing of thresholds which were the subject of an exemption granted by the AMF on December 16.
Thierry Doudot's shareholdings will be concentrated within his personal holding company, Untitled 57, by means of a contribution, which is analyzed as a reclassification of shares within the same group.
