HSBC: a new CEO for the USA

(CercleFinance.com) - HSBC announced on Monday the appointment of Lisa McGeough as Managing Director of its US operations, effective January 1.


In her new role, Lisa McGeough will be responsible for supporting the financial institution in its new phase of growth across the Atlantic, from investment banking to institutional services.

The executive, who joined HSBC in 2021, has over 35 years' experience in the banking sector, having previously been responsible for Wells Fargo's international activities.

She will be based in New York.
