Meta: three appointments to the Board of Directors

(CercleFinance.com) - Meta announces the appointment of John Elkann to its Board of Directors.
CEO of Exor, one of Europe's largest investment companies, controlled by the Agnelli family, John Elkann is also Executive Chairman of Ferrari and Stellantis.

The Board also welcomes Charlie Songhurst, a technology investor who currently invests in over 500 startups worldwide. He previously held positions at Microsoft, where he focused on partnerships and acquisitions.

Finally, the board is joined by Dana White, President and CEO of the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC), the world's largest mixed martial arts organization, which employs over 600 people on five continents.
