Thermador: German investor withdraws from capital

(CercleFinance.com) - Investmentaktiengesellschaft für langfristige Investoren TGV has declared to the AMF that, on December 30, it crossed below the thresholds of 5% of the share capital and voting rights in Thermador Groupe, and no longer held any shares in the plumbing equipment distributor.


The German investment company, controlled by Waldemar Lokotsch and Ewald Stephan, states that this threshold crossing results from the sale of 827,668 Thermador Groupe shares off-market to Norman Rentrop.
