Vallourec: achieves target of zero net debt

(CercleFinance.com) - Vallourec announces that it has reached its target of zero net debt a year ahead of schedule, having reduced net debt by just over E240m in Q4 2024, its ninth consecutive quarter of deleveraging.


Based on its preliminary estimates, its gross operating income for the year 2024 should be in E800m-to-E850m range, as provided when it published its Q3 results.

Also confirming that 80% to 100% of cash flow generated in H2 2024 will be eligible for a return to shareholders, the seamless tube manufacturer says it is ready to pay its first dividend in a decade in 2025.
