Accenture: acquires AOX in Germany

(CercleFinance.com) - Accenture has announced that it has completed the acquisition of AOX, a German company specialising in embedded software for automakers and their suppliers.


This acquisition strengthens Accenture's capabilities to help its automotive clients meet the challenges associated with their transition to software-defined vehicles.

The acquisition of AOX, previously announced on 3 December 2024, reinforces Accenture's software architecture expertise and its ability to execute projects across the entire product lifecycle, cost-effectively and at scale.

The terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
