OVH: more than 47.6 million shares tendered to the offer

(CercleFinance.com) - Euronext Paris has informed the AMF that by January 6, the final date set for the submission of orders in response to OVH's public offer to buy back its own shares at a unit price of nine euros, it had received 47,621,451 shares.


As the number of shares submitted exceeded the maximum number of 38,888,889 shares that OVH had undertaken to buy back, the buyback requests were reduced. The repurchased shares will be cancelled by the IT services company.
