Rémy Cointreau: 'be patient', says Oddo BHF

(CercleFinance.com) - Oddo BHF has reiterated its 'outperform' rating and 85-euro price target on Rémy Cointreau, but suggests that we 'arm ourselves with patience', as 'performance is still not improving'.


The research department now expects a 20.3% organic decline in sales for the third quarter of 2024-25 (compared with -16.6% previously expected), but believes that 'the 2024-25 guidance remains valid'.

Oddo BHF is therefore forecasting "uninspiring" figures, and considers it "difficult to imagine renewed interest in the share in the short term, despite its very attractive valuation and favorable exposure to the spirits market recovery".
