Ryanair: zero tolerance for disruptive passengers

(CercleFinance.com) - Ryanair announces that it has taken legal action in the Irish courts to claim over E15,000 in damages from a passenger who disrupted flight FR7124 from Dublin to Lanzarote on April 9.


This behavior resulted in a diversion to Oporto, causing an overnight delay and disrupting the plans of 160 passengers.
