Bastide: extension of authorization to operate in Canada
(CercleFinance.com) - The Bastide Group announces the extension of its authorization to operate in the field of respiratory assistance in British Columbia, Canada.
This extension of authorization represents potential full-year sales of 5 million Canadian dollars (3.4 million euros). As part of its strategy of divesting assets with low potential for organic growth and/or additional value creation, Bastide has also announced the sale of its French subsidiary CICA PLUS, which specializes in chronic wound care services.
