Holcim: future Board of Directors for North America
(CercleFinance.com) - In view of the planned demerger of its North American activities towards the end of the first half of 2025, Holcim has announced the composition of the future Board of Directors of the newly-formed company.
This Board will comprise Jan Jenisch, currently Chairman of the Board of Directors of Holcim until the AGM on May 14, who will become Chairman and CEO of the future North American company, as well as nine independent directors. The latter will include former 3M and Rockwell Automation CFO Nicholas Gangestad, McDermott International CEO Michael E McKelvy, and United Airlines Holdings Chief Legal Officer Robert S Rivkin.
