Lexibook: 206,000 shares tendered to reopened takeover bid

(CercleFinance.com) - Euronext Paris has informed the AMF that as of January 9, the final date set for the submission of orders to reopen the takeover bid initiated by Doodle for Lexibook shares, it had received 206,026 shares in deposit.


As a result, the concert, comprising the members of the Le Cottier family group, Doodle and Lawrence Rosen LLC, holds 6,101,028 Lexibook shares, i.e. 78.59% of the capital and at least 83.46% of the voting rights.
