Vinci Energies: acquires Field Service Plus

(CercleFinance.com) - Vinci Energies has announced that it is expanding the low-code solutions portfolio of Axians, its dedicated ICT brand, with the acquisition of Mendix platform specialist Field Service Plus.


Founded in 2014 in Harderwijk, the Netherlands, Field Service Plus has established itself as a specialist in the operational efficiency of organizations by offering its field services in the telecoms, infrastructure and technical engineering sectors.

The company generates sales of E1.2m by providing its customers with communications, planning and logistics management solutions for the day-to-day activities of technical operators in the field.

With this new acquisition, Vinci Energies strengthens its portfolio of intelligent data analysis and low-code development applications within the Axians brand, and reaffirms its role as a preferred partner for the deployment of Mendix solutions.
