Carrefour : The Capital Group holds over 5% of the capital

(CercleFinance.com) - US pension fund manager The Capital Group Companies has crossed the threshold of 5% of Carrefour's capital, holding 5.
01% of the shares and 4.09% of the voting rights of the French retail giant.

The Los Angeles, California-based investment firm states in a letter sent today to the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) that this threshold crossing is the result of an acquisition on the market.
